Hypnotherapy is just another talking therapy, like counselling or psychotherapy  – but using hypnosis as one of the tools. I use hypnosis alongside practical NLP and CBT worksheets, methods and tools. I also like to dip into Polyvagal exercises, to help clients overcome blocks and negative beliefs that prevent them reaching their full potential.

Hypnotherapy is classed as ‘alternative’ therapy – and yet it’s been used effectively for thousands of years, curing all sorts of physical and psychological issues throughout the history of mankind. Hypnotherapy is a form of talking therapy. It is forward and solution-focussed and excellent for life coaching. You can expect real lasting change within six to twelve sessions.

I see clients in person and on Zoom from my therapy clinic in Brixton, South London. I do prefer to be in a room with clients, but Zoom works just as well and the benefit it you can leave the session, zoning out and processing on your sofa!

My style of working is to use my skills, experience and instinct. I combine in whichever way I think will encourage change. Sometimes i’m leading, sometimes m client takes the lead, sometimes I sit back and take the powerful role of ‘a witness’ and sometimes I’m suggesting, nudging and joining the dots. No sessions are ever the same.

I am trained in several forms of therapy, not just hypnosis/hypnotherapy and I bring this, a vast wealth of life experience, curiosity and compassion to my sessions.
