I am a hypnotherapist, but before that, I am a therapist just like a counsellor or psychotherapist or art or drama therapist and what I like to do, is steal, borrow and adopt all their tools, techniques and skills! This means i have a huge arsenal I bring to helping my clients overcome their presenting issues. My job is to help people become the best versions of themselves and I am constantly reading and updating my training, in order to do this.

I have been doing this for several years and have helped hundreds of clients overcome stress, overwhelm, anxiety, insomnia and depression. I often help people overcome bad habits, fears and phobias.

I use hypnosis, but only as one tool in my toolbox. I often run an entire session with someone in a relaxed state of hypnosis, but sometimes, I use no hypnosis at all. The beauty of my job, is no two sessions are ever the same and the beauty of ‘people’ is in all these years, no two clients have ever been the same either!

WHEN SHOULD I START?

You should start TODAY! Because becoming the best version of yourself, starts with an email to me, letting me know what you need help with. If I am not taking on new clients, I will put you on a waiting list and because I do not see people for long, my waiting list moves fast! Then we will have a chat and the next thing, you will be on the road to change, wondering why you didn’t do it sooner!

WHAT ABOUT CBT or counselling?

If you go to your GP, you will probably get some free CBT therapy. This is a short, practical therapy using worksheets and methods to help you realise how the things your telling yourself, aren’t necessarily true. It will help you re-frame which is great. I too, like to throw some CBT therapy into my sessions, but my findings, is that alone it doesn’t work – certainly not in the long run. There is deeper work to be done and a nudge to the sub-conscious if you’re after real and lasting change.
