Hypnotherapy came to my attention through a friend, who after a health scare, transformed from being in constant meltdown, a headless chicken (in the City), to the most peaceful, serene Wise Woman being gracing the planet! Through her journey, I learnt about Polyvagal theory, Family Constellations, Internal Family Systems, and how powerful hypnosis can be in therapy. The next thing I knew, I was training in it myself.

WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Sessions are gentle, calming and effective and lead to lasting change.

Depending on your needs, I use tools, techniques and methods from counselling, pscyho-dynamic therapy, Jungian, NLP, life-coaching and hypnosis to ensure rapid, effective change that stays. Hypnosis in therapy isn’t what you’ve seen on TV; it’s gentle, you’re in charge and I use it (as one of many therapies) to shift patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours so they are more useful to you.

Hypnotherapy is a forward-focussed and short-term process, normally lasting for 4 to 10 sessions.

My sessions can be face-to-face (London SW2) or via Skype and Facetime. I occasionally make home visits in my local area. My clinic is on Brockwell Park, 5 mins walk from Brixton Tube or Herne Hill Station.

I am trained to an advanced level in Clinical, Medical and Psycho-dynamic therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic (NLP), Regression and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as Solution-focussed, Ericksonian and medical hypnosis.
