Hypnotherapy is classed as ‘alternative’ therapy – and yet it’s been used effectively for thousands of years, curing all sorts of physical and psychological issues throughout the history of mankind, including all cultures – the Sumerian, Persian, Chinese, Indian, Egyptian, Greek and Roman.
I”m not particularly ‘alternative’ I just use a type of therapy what works really well! For me, therapy should shift thoughts and beliefs, so we can change behaviour. A friend described hypnotherapy as ‘finding out who you are under who you became’.

So please watch the video, have a look around the website and then send me an email so we can arrange a free 20mins chat.
I see clients in person and on Zoom from my therapy clinic in Brixton, South London. I do prefer to be in a room with clients, but Zoom works just as well and the benefit it you can leave the session, zoning out and processing on your sofa!
My style of working is to use my skills, experience and instinct. I combine in whichever way I think will encourage change.
I am trained in several forms of therapy, not just hypnosis/hypnotherapy and I bring this, a vast wealth of life experience, curiosity and compassion to my sessions.

This is an extract from an email I received from a recent client. She suffered panic attacks on a regular basis.
Karen has four gorgeous boys – and paid them £2 to go off and give her 30 mins to try hypnotherapy with me! She said I could film her ‘before’ and ‘after’ – this is ‘after’.
A full-time teacher, a busy mum and no family in London to help out; Salome talks to me after a 30 min session of hypnotherapy about the process.
