Tailored Clinical Hypnotherapy: Elizabeth Knights-Trench

Hypnotherapy is safe, rapid and effective. I will help you overcome anything holding you back from being the best version of yourself. In the words of a client, I bring ‘intelligence, perception and kindness’ to my practice so you will feel more positive almost instantly.

I tailor sessions to your needs. We start by making a treatment plan and frequently review to check it’s working. I normally see people between 4 and 10 sessions.

I use tools, techniques and methods from Clinical, Medical and Psycho-dynamic therapies, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Neuro Linguistic (NLP), Regression and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I specialise in the following areas:

  • Anxiety, depression and panic attacks

  • Low self-esteem and under-confidence

  • Anger management

  • Insomnia and sleep issues

  • IBS and weight management

  • Medical support and pain control

  • Fears and phobias

  • Trauma and regression

A very short introduction to what hypnotherapy is and what it is not! by Elizabeth Knights-Trench.

A full time teacher, a busy mum and no family in London to help out; Salome talks to me after a 30mins session of hypnotherapy about the process.
Amy had 4 sessions with me and I literally saw her transform in so many ways.
Karen has four gorgeous boys - and paid them £2 to go off and give her 30mins to try hypnotherapy with me! She said I could film her 'before' and 'after' - this is 'after'
