Despite Hypnotherapy being classed as ‘alternative’ therapy, I’ve never once seen it like this. I see how quickly Hypnotherapy shifts thoughts and beliefs and how it can rework painful memories. My view of therapy is, it isn’t just the qualifications and courses someone’s done, but whether they are the kind of person you want to work with. Are they the kind of person you feel comfortable opening up to and being honest with? Hypnotherapy is a forward-focussed and short-term process, normally lasting for 4 to 10 sessions.

Most of my sessions are now on Zoom but I also see people in person at the clinic in Brixton and (on Fridays) in Harley Street.

I am trained to an advanced level in Clinical, Medical and Psycho-dynamic therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic (NLP), Regression and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as Solution-focussed, Ericksonian and medical hypnosis. I have done several courses in body-work, Polyvagal Theory and Family constellations. My style of working is to use my skills, experience and instinct. I combine in whichever way I think will encourage change.
