Tailoring sessions to your needs, we start by making a treatment plan and frequently review to check it’s working. I normally see people between 4 and 10 sessions. Depending on your needs, I use tools, techniques and methods from standard therapy, counselling, life-coaching and hypnosis to ensure rapid, effective and lasting change.
