My sessions are gentle, calming and effective and lead to lasting change.

Depending on your needs, I use tools, techniques and methods from counselling, pscyho-dynamic therapy, Jungian, life-coaching and hypnosis to ensure rapid, effective change that stays. Hypnosis in therapy isn’t what you’ve seen on TV; it’s gentle, you’re in charge and I use it (as one of many therapies) to shift patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours so they are more useful to you.

This is a forward-focussed and short-term process. I normally see people between 4 and 10 sessions.

My sessions can be face to face (London SW2) or via Skype and facetime. I occasionally make home visits in my local area. My clinic is on Brockwell Park, 5mins walk from Brixton Tube or Herne Hill Station.

Hypnosis in therapy is gentle, relaxing and incredibly effective.

I am trained to an advanced level in Clinical, Medical and Psycho-dynamic therapies, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Neuro Linguistic (NLP), Regression and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as Solution-focussed, Ericksonian and medical hypnosis.
